Any remediation for OEM 13.3 on CVE-2021-44228 & CVE-2021-45046

We run OEM 13.3 and know that it is affected by the log4j vulnerability. According to Oracle and the SR we opened with Oracle OEM Team, there is no solution (remediation, workarounds) or patch to be made for OEM version lower than 13.4, other than upgrade to 13.4/or 13.5.

I suspect we are not the only customers that fall out of the patch support. Reaching out to the community to see, if there is any workarounds/fixes that anyone has made based on educated assumptions.
