Self Service Benefits fluid - Plan Type 21 flat amount not carried forward

We are experiencing a random issue when employees go into Self Service Benefits, Supplemental Life (all we have is flat amount SupLif) and select plan type 21. They then could update the beneficiary allocations or add a beneficiary. When the row is saved the elected flat amount is lost. Since I have trouble reproducing this we have shut off the feature to be able to do this. I am interested if anyone else has seen this behavior out of Fluid pages.
