Self Service Fluid - Attachments

We set up the ability for employees to upload documents for Life Events. We found random transactions lost the emplid/dependent benef number and thus all employees could see the attachment another employee had uploaded. I created a process to run every 15 minutes to update these fields but that did not satisfy our benefits team with the concern someone else may see the attachment. We thought we found the issue but this would continue to randomly happen and at this time we can not reproduce in testing environment so we have turned this feature off. This
