OnBoarding Event Management and New Hire Mass Notifications

Hey everyone - Happy Friday. I am in the process of implementing the OnBoarding Functionality within PS HCM, and love it is delivered testing and our development environments...but I have some requests that I cannot solve so I need your help in solving this if possible. I have made two entries in PS HCM HR Ideas Lab to cover my bases.

Manage OnBoarding Event page - The delivered Activity Guide is 26 steps and inlcudes HR, BEN, and PAY references as well as other HCM associated tasks to complete as a New Hire. I am able to assign a single Template with no problem, but our teams are separated and think several smaller functional-focused OnBoarding Activity Guides would make the new employee not overwhelmed. The page only allows one Template. Has anyone modified or came up with a way to do several?
