Getting issue in Order Creation -OSM 7.4.1.0.3

Migrated O2A 2.0.1.x to work on OSM 7.4.1.0.3

Deployed O2A and Custom code on OSM 7.4.1.0.3 server (Standalone).

While creating COM order getting below fault code and error.
