Hi,

I'm using ODA X8-2 HA as BM with 11.2.0.4 DBMS and 19c grid environment.

We take ULA license. so, I want to update-license from 16 to 32 cores maximum.

Can I enable 32 core license per server without any DB service interrupts?

Without server reboot, restart DBMS or reestablish DB session connection?
