Recharge Amount displayed on non-paid time entry records with recharge type 2

Hello,

I had a question from a user today when they noticed something on a non-paid time entry record. The Pay Type is a non-paid code for authorized absent, no effect on gross or net. The employee is setup with a Record Type = 2 for payroll and recharge. It was noticed that the GPA on the time card was 0.00 but the RCPY and RCHGAMT contained a dollar value equal to the Hours times the Billing Rate. They are wondering why the recharge amount is being calculated on a non-paid time record. If they pull records from the F06116 based
