How to setup W-2 overflow for additional box 12
Hello, we have employees with up to 4 items to report in box 12. Year-end guide indicates When you view the Review/Update Year End Data online, all box 12 entries are associated with a single W-2 (Sequence Number 1). When you print the W-2, however, overflow box 12 entries are printed on additional forms, four entries per form, as per IRS specifications.
We ran a test PYYEW2 and can see the online W-2 PDF forms, but we cannot see the 2nd form which should contain the missing data. Is this something that needs to setup somewhere? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. This is our first year encountering this issue as we recently added box 12EE for reporting.
