Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. what is the best option resize or add grid disks on cell servers to give more space to DATA on ASM

Also is there any recommendation to have an optimal grid disks size to avoid I/O performance due to big size of grid disk (>4TB)
