Example setup of Accrual/Pay Type for Comp Time
Does anyone have an example of setup for Comp Time or something similar? We are implementing a policy effective January 1st that would allow a Manager to award comp time hours to exempt employees. Those hours would need to be entered into an accrual and those hours reduced by the pay type. Those items I have set up, but the policy states that the accrued comp time has to be used within 6 months of issuance. This is where I'm drawing a blank and could use any assistance if possible.
