Is there a way to check whether a DB has been rollback?

Hi All,

I'm having an issue on my UAT db env. Its on NO archivelog mode.

Question is, I'm still able to check/trace whether my DB has been rollback?

Because apps team mentioned that they changed a userdata on 17Dec a particular table through their application but on 18Dec there was a shutdown of server due to patching. On 20 Dec, apps team told her that the updated userdata got rollback to old data.
