Immunizations - How to handle boosters

I was wondering what oracle recommended and what people had decided to do for self-service Immunization/Vaccination data for covid booster shots? Given that you can get a different manufacturer booster and the number of boosters may change in the future....

One option I could think of is setting the doses quantity for each manufacturer to the maximum total you could receive.... But then how would you report on people recieving the full dosage of any given manufacturer's vaccine?
