unable to connect through emcli command using SLB url

we recently upgraded OEM13.3 to 13.5 after the upgrade we are unable connect emcli command line with SLB getting below error. individual oms host name we are able to connect. can you suggest.

./emcli login -username=sysman

Enter password :


Error: Login failed. Retry with correct hostname, port or username / password else check the log files for further details.

Log file location is : /app/oracle/mw/gc_inst13_5/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/emcli/setup/.emcli/.emcli.log
