SOA integration errors out while trying to create/update a file in the server

Hello ,

We have a issue where SOA should create a csv file in the server. It basically creates a new csv file(filename20211221.csv) during the start of the day and basically updates the same file as when we get bookings.

And it updates a custom table in Oracle with the flag setting "Y" if the file is created in the server.

We are experiencing issues since last few days where we get a ORA-02049: timeout: distributed transaction waiting for lock , and fails to create/update the csv file with the bookings.
