SQL Developer 21.4.0.346 Lag on Mac M1 (Pushed by Self Service)

Hi All

Im running this on a M1 Mac and its running very slowly when returning data etc - context is that I had an upgrade pushed out to me via Self Service.

What I noticed was that the new version for me at least did not prompt to pull in settings from previous version.

To Fix

Close SQL Developer if you have it open

Go into home and enabled view of hidden folders Command + Shift + .

Then enter folder .Sqldeveloper directory and deleted the two folders with the new version in their names so for me it was 21.4.0 and system21.4.01.xxxxx
