Blank spaces are generated while rendering RTF template to Excel (multiple tabs) on the header

Created a RTF template with no spaces on the header but when render excel its showing space. We raised an Oracle SR which is not provided correct solution. Looking some help here in the forum.

Any suggestions are welcome.
