Oracle Linux 8.4 server console is hung and ssh not responding

I have a Lenovo server running Oracle Linux 8.4 and Oracle database server 21.3.0.0.

The server console displays the attached message but does not respond to any keyboard input for the last 24 hours at least.

The server is refusing any SSH or VNC connections.

The oracle databases are working correctly and I can login using PL/SQL.

Is there any way to get the console to respond without rebooting the server?
