Cannot open web application using jinitiator 1.3.1.21

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I am trying to connect with Internet Explorer to a client that has Oracle Ebussiness Suite 11.5.10.2 but with Jinitiator. What happens to me is attached in a screenshot. I have looked at the internet options, the java, ... and I can't see why it always tells me to install the jinitiator if I already have it installed. I upload screenshots
