Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Guys,

we have database 12.2 on windows,apex 20.2 and ords 20.3.

I created page download & upload files using demo

Oracle APEX - File Download , View Image and File Upload - Sample - YouTube

everything is working.

I need report base on download blobs with search string value.

User enter value and can see blob document title.

CTXSYS index and contains function are not working. what is my solution?
