How to Copy AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG (Spec and Body) to XXAP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG

I’m trying to copy Oracle standard package AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG to custom XXAP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG (Spec and Body) and getting errors without changing any code.

Am I missing anything?
