In the F06116 Time Entry File, which fields trigger the time entry record to lock with an X

We have a temporary scenario where we want to extract time records from the F06116 TE file to a non-JDE payroll system. (The Time Entry G/L amounts will hit their Oracle Financials via the non-JDE payroll system interface to that G/L (so we don't need to post time in JDE to GL since it would duplicate the charges)).

When they extract the time from the F06116 time entry file, we want to update the appropriate fields in the JDE timecard record (as part of the extraction logic), so that it gets marked/displayed with a red X under the media attachments column when viewed in the Payroll Time Entry screens (like you get when you run Generate Timecard Journals - R052901) so end users cannot modify those records that were already uploaded to the other system.
