Error while starting oracle.BIACM from EM for OBIA 10.1 upgrade

While upgrading to OBIA 10.1 from 9.2, BIACM console is not working. when i tried to start the biacm deployment from EM, i get the following error.

Error while processing library references. Unresolved application library references, defined in weblogic-application.xml: [Extension-Name: oracle.apps.bi.cloudrepCommon, exact-match: false]..
