Hi all,

OEM Cloud Control version is 13.4; PCA OS v2.4.2 with 2 management nodes and 6 compute nodes.

I have a question based on the graph above. The peaks above the CPU Cores indicates the number of sessions waiting for available resource at every 5 minutes interval, am I right? This doesn't happen regularly but tenant has noticed that the materialised view refresh which was supposed to happen hourly was delayed 2-4 hours during those peak times. My question is, do I need to make any adjustments to the tenants VM resources like CPU, RAM? On what justification should the tenant provide me for the upgrades? Currently allocated 4 CPU cores and 64GB RAM to tenant.
