Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Withholding Tax Journals on Cash Basis Ledger

Dears,

I face the following case in cash ledger for matched invoices;

1- AP invoice "withholding applied on it" journal on cash ledger: None

2- Payment :

DR.AP ACCRUAL

CR.LAIBILITY

CR.WH TAX

3- WH Tax Invoice: NONE

4-WH TAX Payment:

DR.WH TAX

CR.LAIBILITY

But still PO charge account not appeared. So, how can i appear PO charge account?
