ERROR during installation ORACLE Grid Infrastructure 12C

Hello everyone

this is my first step towards oracle RACet Grid infrastructure.I am installing Oracle Grid infrastructure 12c under Linux redhat 6 and during the installation I encountered an error regarding VIP resource which I have been trying to resolve for a week without success. that's why I tried to connect you so that I can continue to learn ORACLE RAC + grid infra. I ask you to please help me. Please find attached the screenshots and the necessary log files.
