Restore an EBS database back 2 hours , 2 days

Database 19.10 2 node rac

Oracle LInux 7.9

What are the steps if i need to restore a database back 2 hours?

Do i restore the database using rman then start everything up?
Do i restore the database using rman, then run autoconfig on all nodes (including patch fs)?
What are the exact steps to restore back 2 hours?
What if I need to do the same but restore back 3 days or a week? Are the steps different?

Maybe i need to delete or move the ccr logs and output and verify it matches what is in the tables? What else might i have to do?
