Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Exadata General (MOSC)

Issue when trying to perform Return to Vendor

Hello,

While trying to do return to vendor, the following error is being displayed not allowing us to proceed:

"unexpected user exit error (3), coming from QT_EU. Query Tree"

In my case, return to vendor is being done against a PO and organizations affected are WMS enabled.

EBS version: 12.1.1

Kindly help as this feature was previously operational.
