Inventory transfer (IT) did not update correctly in item balance

Hi All,

In JDE 9.1 , as reported by business , there is an issue where inventory transfer (through P4113) from one location to another in the same branch plant wasn't recorded successfully in item balance for 6 out of total 25 items in the transaction

For these 6 items , the receiving location + lot combination did not get the quantity updated in item balance where transaction is successfully recorded in item ledger. Because of this , there is item balance vs item ledger integrity for those 6 items.

Please share your thoughts on what may have caused this issue
