Opening transaction form read only mode based on responsibility ECC

Hi Team,

For drill down on the transaction number field in Receivable enterprise command center dashboard. It open the transaction read write form. We would like to understand opening transaction form read only mode based on responsibility(for e.g. if we have custom responsibility can we open the transaction read only form from transaction number drill down and if we open from Receivable manager it should open the transaction read write form)
