Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Good day!
Please advise how to create a reservation using the INV_RESERVATION_PUB.CREATE_RESERVATION API with empty project_id and task_id, provided that the project dimension is specified on the sales order line.

Unfortunately, this is how does not work 
l_rsv_rec.project_id := NULL;
l_rsv_rec.task_id := NULL;
