Adding Additional Accrual to Leave Accrual Set Up is Not Being Awarded
We are adding an additional accrual rate to our Personal Holiday set up. And the new accrual rate of 32 hours is not being awarded.
Our set up is: accrue hours per year at the first of the year and service units is years. We have the first year awards pro-rated by for employment month. Then the Accrual Rate Values are: after service interval of 0 years of service Accrue Hours at 16 per year. This new accrual rate was added: after service interval of 1 years of service Accrue Hours at 32 per year.
When we run the Leave Accrual process as of 1/1/2022 all employees are being awarded 16 hours (except those that are awarded the pro-rated amount). We are expecting more than 80% of our employees to be awarded the 32 hours due to years of service greater than 1. And they are not. Any suggestions of why the 32 hours accrual is being ignored.
