Vaccination and Test Tracking ESS - Page and Field Configurator?

Hello, I am trying to make some fields required and also hide some fields in the ESS Vaccination and Test Tracking. The components look to be available in Page and Field Configurator (HS_SS_IMMUN_FL and HS_SS_TEST_FL), but the fields I want to hide/make required are not available (eg Location and Manufacturer). Does Page and Field Configurator not work for these components or perhaps I am missing something from the image? Has anyone else used Page and Field Configurator successfully in these ESS pages?
