P06RBT Remaining Balance Transfer

Hello,

Does the P06RBT do anything in E1? Or is this a left over from World? I have a client who rollover all pay types and DBAs at year end. When they do this and an employee transfers mid year this window appears with every year remaining balance of all the history records that exist. I would expect to see only the most recent record.

So, what does this program do in E1? and why wouldn't it only transfer over the current year?
