WO Header Start Date Earlier than WO Routing Start Date

Can system be setup so that R31410 runs and results in WO Routing Start matching WO Header Start when WO Header Start is earlier than variable lead time would otherwise calculate?

For example, in normal operation we create WO header with Request Date = 1/7/22. Item's variable lead time results in WO Start Date = 1/6/22 for this item. We run R31410 to Attach Parts List and Routing resulting in WO Routing Start Date = 1/6/2022 matching WO Header.

Sometimes want to manually set WO Start Date earlier to prioritize an order over other orders while keeping customer's Request Date. Create WO for same item with Request Date = 1/7/22, but manually input Start Date = 12/30/21.
