I get an error on GetFile using safari browser

Error: Safari could not download the file "PCMServlet.html" because the disk doesn't have enough free space. Try deleting or downloading to another disk.

I have enough space in my computer, however getting the above error in Safari on GetFile operation. What might be the root cause for this? Any suggestions?
