Huge amount of packetloss on switchover since SCZ840p7k on 3900/1100 HA Cluster

After upgrading to SCZ840p7k (on a Acme Packet 3900 HA Cluster) we are observing a huge amount of packet loss during a switchover. We have measured a packetloss of 60 rtp packets and more. This leads to 1.2 seconds and more of silence for ongoing calls. In previous versions there were only a loss of few packets (<5).

Regarding this issue, we've opened a service request, but the Oracle Engineers are not able to reproduce the issue and they are of the opinion, that 1.2 seconds of silence are normal during switchover.

Does anyone observe the same issue? The problem exists also in Version SCZ840p8.
