Oracle RU 19.13 datapatch failed due PLS-00302: component 'SETCATALOGSYSLINK' must be declared

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 7 comments

Hi,

env. RHEL 7, Oracle single home, multiple instance RU 19.13,

Today I've patched RU 19.13. from 19.9.0.0.0 to 19.13.0.0.0.

We have one home and 4 instances. 3 transactional db's and one for FMW infrastructure.

All 3 user db's upgraded fine after datapatch execution.

The infra db did not.

Look at this ..
