How to add again the deleted targets of weblogic server in OEM13C?

Hello Team,

We added managed server target under weblogic domain.But the managed server hostname showing Unavailable. so we decided to delete the target and add again the same target.We deleted the target successfully.while we try to add the same target,but we din't find the managed server target in OEM.

1.Why the hostname showing like unavailable?

2.How to add again the deleted targets of managed server target in same weblogic domain?

Kindly give the solution for above quetions.
