could not set permission for Mutex lock

hello,

I'm trying to test my FMW12.2.1.4 installation deploying forms. At a first step I try test.fmx. I get a white page wrtitten clearly Oracle Fusion MiddlewareAfter on bellow, without the test form content (wich is I think ".... installed successfully". After a long time searching I tried a form tester, where we need to click on "run form" button to run test.fmx form. I get the same white page and see in the ohs1.log the message en the title.

When I look for in Oracle assistance I should add in httpd.conf file:

User oracle

Group oinstall
