Do i need to apply the esu, asu ,planner for 9.2.5.3 before upgrading to 9.2.6.1?

I have installed the currently available image of 9.2.5.3 using one click and porttest is completed.

Can you please guide me further steps as i have downloaded the tools 9.2.6.1 now. Do i need to apply the esu, asu ,planner for 9.2.5.3 (if yes can you give me details) , and then go for tools upgrade. Or directly go for the upgrade. Your help will be greatly appreciated thanks and happy new year in advance.
