ORA-20001: Person cannot be created as Person record does not exist

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) 2 comments

Currently we are using Oracle Fusion ERP & Oracle EBS (for payroll) and there is an integration done using HCM Extracts. currently we are facing the following error when loading worker data to oracle ÉBS.

Error: ORA-20001: Person cannot be created as Person record does not exist

Please any help can be appreciated.
