clearing GRid logs

I have grid infrastructure 19c 2 nodes with pluggable database 19.3 on linux 7

I want a proper way to delete /clear the logfiles generated by the grid/clusterware on the servers as they are occupying a lot of space on the servers.

is there any method to be followed to do such an activity
