Invalid SYSMAN objects after migrating from 11g to 19c with expdp/impdp

We migrated from 11g to 19c using a full database export (expd full=y on the source DB and impdp into an empty 19c database without containers). I got several warnings in the log about invalid objects of SYSMAN.

I know the account is somehow related to Enterprise Manger (which we don't use). But I don't know whether this account is still used in 19c ? Can I drop that user ?

Any hints appreciated.
