Issue when installing Deployment Server 9.2 - JDEJVM error

Hello.

I am trying to do a new deployment server installation, in a Windows 10 machine. I did every step mentioned in "Applications Installation Guide for Microsoft Windows with Oracle", chapter "Working with the Deployment Server", but, when I tried to start the JDE, the message "Connecting to E1Local" appears, and after a few seconds, it suddenly closes.

I got the jde.log, and it has these lines:
