GC_CR_BLOCK_LOST errors

Hi All,

We were getting GC_CR_BLOCK_LOST Alerts since a month or 2, so we opened an SR with Oracle to help us with that, so they reviewed our AWR reports and said that these were false alerts and we will be able to stop them with the below mentioned patch. I wanted to know if anyone has faced this issue before and applying this patch helped stop the false alerts.

Patch 33179516: Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c Release 4 Platform Update 13 (13.4.0.13) for Oracle Management Agent Patch 33181457: Oracle Enterprise Manager for Oracle Database 13c Release 4 Plug-in Update 13 (13.4.1.13) for Oracle Management Agent.
