Work Order routing attachment

Hi Team,

We came across one issue where routing is not getting attached to WO. getting error in spool file of program P31410 as Cost roll up missing for cost type A1, component type P. We checked this and cost roll up is already there and cost is generated.

Could you please advice what are the set ups need to be check to identify reason behind this error.
