Actual costing (09) JD Edwards with Workorders- how to deal with Transfers ( IT) ?

We are looking at the following solution in JDE:

We have set item cost level to 3 ( item/lot/location) because we have actual costs per ''lot'' we produce.

W'd like to implement Actual costing ( Cost method 09) , meaning that in JDE SFC we create a Workorder in P48013, we do discrete mfg, so we issue material and add hrs in the rotuing etc. and then all costs will be applied to the manufactured product /lot via R31802A and R31804.

The manufactured item will have the correct F4105 actual cost at the Item/Location/Lot.

So far so good.

However: when we process the WO completions in P31114, we will obviously complete the items onto a location ( in our case we have defined a JDE location at the production line).
