Unable to configure Siebel 21.11

I am trying to install the latest version of Siebel 21.11. I am having problems with the configuration via SMC. This version no longer asks for the TLS port during the installation of the binaries but during the first step of the configuration. I get the following error message: "Invalid Gateway Host Name and/or HTTPS Port."

I should point out that the jks were created as I have always done for my other Siebel servers (18.12). Except for the server name, the parameters are the same.

I specify that my installation is as basic as possible: ai, ss and gateway are installed on the same server.
