After applying the latest combo patch for 12.1.0.2 can the patch software directories be removed

I applied the latest combo patch:

COMBO OF OJVM COMPONENT 12.1.0.2.211019 DB PSU + DBPSU 12.1.0.2.211019 (Patch)

p33248571_121020_Linux-x86-64.zip

When I unzipped the patch file, the following directory was created 33248571:

pwd

/u05/media/oct21patch/oracle12/33248571

When looking at the directories/files under 33248571,

> ls -al

total 56

drwxrwxrwx 4 oracle dba 4096 Oct 19 12:46 .

drwxr-xr-x 3 oracle dba 4096 Dec 22 16:33 ..

drwxr-xr-x 31 oracle dba 4096 Jan 4 13:56 33128590

I did opatch apply to apply the patch which was successful.

My question is, now that the database is patched, can I remove the parent directory 33248571 and the two corresponding directories (33128590 and 33192628) to save space?
