We recently discovered DBA 9997 is not calculating when there are no earnings in JDE 9.2..

The lady who processes our U.S. and CA hourly payrolls recently discovered that DBA 9997 is not calculating when there are no earnings. She discovered this towards the end of November 2021.

We are on JDE 9.2, tools rel., 9.2.5. The only recent changes that I remember are:

  • We upgraded to 9.2.5 Tools near the end of November
  • Installed the US 2021 year-end ESU
  • Installed JN19205 to fix an issue with DBAs with DL table method not calculating

I have checked 9997 and it looks ok to me; a list of things I checked are:

---1. From the Pay/Deductions/Benefits Setup option from the HRM Setup menu. Select PDBA Setup (P059116).
